Mark 13; Luke 21:5-38; Joseph Smith-Matthew. Preparing for the Savior’s Second Coming
- Review Mark 13:5, 9, 23, 33, 35, 37 and identify the words take heed and watch in each verse. List at least three things from this chapter that believers could watch for in order to be prepared to meet the Lord.
13:5 Take heed least any man deceive you
13:9 Take heed to yourself
13:23 But take heed: behold, I have foretold you all things
13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray
13:35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh.
13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
- Explain in writing any other additional truths that are taught in these references about how to prepare for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
